1 Appellants, Lonnie Lemmon and Willard Powell, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Sequoyah County, Case No. CRF-73-79, for the offense of Larceny of Domestic Animals, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971 ? 1716 [21-1716]. Punishment for each defendant was fixed at three (3) years imprisonment, and from said judgments and sentences a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
